Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide legal advice on matters related to practice
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.
Skills
