Job Overview

We're hiring! Our dedicated team is seeking an attorney in both criminal and immigration law to join our firm. This role requires exceptional legal research skills, the ability to write and a commitment to advocating for clients' best interests. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice on matters related to practice
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.

Skills

  • Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities to assess complex legal issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Need to be licensed in the state of Colorado
  • Graduated from an accredited a Law School.

    Pay : $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
