LaSalle Network is partnering with a global manufacturing industry leader to find an Interim Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who's ready to make an immediate impact. This six-month contract is perfect for someone who loves balancing strategy with day-to-day HR operations and wants to partner closely with senior leadership in a complex, matrix environment.
Interim Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities :
- Collaborate directly with the Director of HR to align talent strategies across multiple business units
- Build relationships and provide guidance on employee relations and compliance
- Ensure HR policies and processes stay consistent across all sites
- Coach managers and develop leadership capabilities within operational teams
- Support onboarding, offer letters, and workforce planning efforts
Interim Human Resources Business Partner Requirements :
57+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or multi-site settingManufacturing experience a plusStrong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations best practicesProficiency in HRIS systems (Workday a plus) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to communicate and influence at every levelWhat's in it for me?
