Arizona Licensed General Counsel

A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the legal infrastructure, policies, and processes

Oversee contract management and execution for key partnerships and stakeholders

Manage litigation and dispute resolution strategies to minimize operational disruption

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, Arizona preferred

Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law and healthcare

Experience leading legal aspects of M&A, financing, and intellectual property matters

Track record of establishing legal infrastructure as the first or sole in-house counsel
