Loan Administrator

Review and process loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Maintain loan records and update systems with relevant information in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries.
Monitor loan accounts, including payments, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Prepare reports and summaries for management as required.
Assist in audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and support.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in loan administration.
Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Proven experience in loan administration or a related role within the financial services industry.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with banking systems and loan processing software.
Solid knowledge of compliance regulations and loan documentation standards.
