Operational Excellence Engineer

As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence to deliver year-over-year improvements in cost and productivity. This role is responsible for translating key company and FPP (Full Potential Plan) initiatives into action for the Operations function, and the implementation of key KPI's related to cost, maintenance, automation, reliability, etc. This role will be aligned with the Operational & Engineering Center of Excellence and will have a dotted line responsibility to the local Plant Leader.

It is expected that this role will be able to offset inflation as a minimum expectation within its respective facility.
