Akkodis is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a Contract with a client in Canonsburg, PA(Hybrid). This role supports fiber construction projects through CRM updates, milestone tracking, and vendor invoicing coordination.

Rate Range : $20 / hour to 22 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Operations Coordinator job responsibilities include :

Support the Fiber Construction Team by tracking project milestones and ensuring timely completion to meet delivery timelines.

Coordinate purchase orders and vendor invoicing, maintaining accurate records and assisting with inventory management.

Update and maintain CRM systems, including job entries, log reviews, and data cleanup.

Prepare reports and slide decks for internal teams and senior management meetings.

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including supply inventory, access arrangements, and meeting documentation.

Maintain logs of off-site personnel and support miscellaneous operational projects as needed.

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1–3 years in an administrative or project management support role.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets.

Experience with purchase order coordination, vendor invoicing, and CRM systems; JDE and Oracle experience is a plus.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
