Senior Recruiter, Human Resources & Business Operations at Turn2Partners
Hard Skills :
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and conduct departure discussions
- Maintain digital and physical personnel files within HR systems
- Oversee employment eligibility documentation in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate recruitment logistics including job advertisements, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and communication
- Lead new hire onboarding sessions and orientation programming
- Support benefits enrollment and leave of absence tracking in coordination with internal benefits specialists
- Assist in administering performance review cycles and compensation adjustments
- Generate routine and ad hoc HR data reports; analyze workforce metrics
- Manage offboarding processes and conduct structured exit interviews
