The Role
We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to own, grow, and scale strategic partnerships from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sales background, and knows how to both build and manage high-value partner relationships. You'll play a critical role in expanding our reach, increasing revenue through channel and referral programs, and helping shape our long-term partner strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, source, and develop new strategic partnerships and channels that align with our business goals
- Own the full partner lifecycle : prospecting, onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and relationship management
- Act as the key point of contact for existing partners, ensuring continued engagement, mutual value, and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
- Build scalable processes and frameworks for partner outreach, deal structuring, and reporting
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure commercial terms are aligned with company objectives
- Analyze partnership performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes
The Qualifications You Need
4–7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or salesProven track record of launching and scaling partnership programs from scratch, or owning a partnership.Strong deal-making and relationship-building skills with decision makersA sales-driven mindset with a deep understanding of revenue impact and pipeline contributionExcellent communication, negotiation, and project management skillsComfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative and fast-moving environmentExperience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plusBonus Points
Background in both B2B partnership modelsPrior experience building affiliate or referral programsBenefits
