Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm specializing in Civil Litigation Defense, seeking Associate Attorneys for their Atlanta office (HYBRID schedule - 2 days WFH / week).

The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and memoranda, possesses strong organizational skills, and is willing to handle a heavy workload. This position offers broad responsibilities and exposure to legal issues in consumer protection, transactional law, and civil litigation.

This opportunity provides an EXCELLENT base salary ($80,000 - $90,000, DOE), and a HYBRID work schedule with a reputable firm, with appearances in local courts as needed.

Requirements

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in GEORGIA (multi-state admission is a plus)
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience at a law firm
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with all organizational levels
• Legal research proficiency; LexisNexis experience is a plus
