Flexible and adaptablecomfortable shifting from answering calls to checking in clients to closing a package deal, all in the same hour

Bonus : You have a CPT, nutrition background, or health coaching experienceperfect for connecting with our wellness-minded clients

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

Answer calls, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into bookings and memberships

Build strong rapport with clients to drive retention and referrals

Support front desk operations : scheduling, payment processing, and maintaining an inviting space

Collaborate with our providers to ensure an exceptional Serotonin experience

Qualifications :

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confident, proactive, and comfortable on the phone

A passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics

Bonus if you hold a CPT, nutrition, or health coaching certification
