Job Title : National Commercial Construction Waterproofing Estimator

Location : Florida

Employment Type : Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Construction Waterproofing Estimator to join our construction team. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for waterproofing scopes in commercial projects and managing preconstruction activities to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Commercial Waterproofing systems, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Estimating

Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed waterproofing estimates

Lead preconstruction planning, job handoffs, and kickoff meetings

Travel & Physical Requirements

Travel : Local travel required
