Primary Responsibilities :
- Daily operations of the lab, incoming sample processing, maintaining calibration of equipment
- Ensuring health and safety processes and procedures are followed, maintenance of a safe, ergonomically sound, professional work environment.
- Responsible for on time delivery of test reports free of errors and meet customer expectations. delivery of jobs
- Implement efficiency improvement, process improvement, and 5 S processes
Profile of the position (Responsibilities) :
Responsible for daily testing of the laboratoryOversee safety, ergonomics, maintenance, and cleanliness of department (including upgrades, repairs, etc.)Oversee implementation of SOPs for incoming sample processing in accordance with company policyOversee / Ensure all processed documentation is complete and reviewed as requiredEnsure sample workflow from logistics meets the needs of the departmentMonitor special handling of identified clientsMust be able to establish a positive work environment that actively encourages and supports employee involvementTrack / enter time / attendance of employeesPrepare month-end reportsInvestigates / resolves and responds to client complaintsResponsible to ensure company policies are followedEffectively work with internal departments to resolve problems. Must have interpersonal skills to gain cooperation with other departments, and foster continuous improvementsStrong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantagePersuasive, diplomatic, but always to the point and a strong ability to sell a conceptHands-on, open-minded, proactive team playerQualifications : Qualifications
Education & Experience
College Degree Preferred with emphasis on Mechanical engineering backgroundWith 1-2 working experiences in Bike industry is preferableBachelor's degree desired but not requiredAt least 1-2 years supervisory experience preferredComputer skills, MS Office applicationsThe ability to effectively work with internal departments to resolve problems. Must have interpersonal skills and foster continuous improvementsMust be flexible and available based on staffing requirementsDemonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and is able to manage client and employee concerns and expectations in a professional mannerCapable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume settingAble to organize projects within the department and with cross functional departmentsStrong communication and organizational skillsWilling to work under pressureAdditional Information
