As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Drayage Sales Account Manager to help grow our drayage services. The Drayage Sales Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing drayage accounts, ensuring customers receive top-tier service and competitive pricing. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of port operations, intermodal logistics, and containerized freight.

Responsibilities :

• Prospect for new drayage customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize revenue.
• Work closely with ports, rail yards, and trucking partners to secure capacity.
• Accurately book and track shipments in the system.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with shippers and carriers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and capacity to stay competitive.
• Provide exceptional customer service and shipment updates.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
