SUMMARY : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic home-building team. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential homes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Management :

Supervise and manage all aspects of residential construction from start to completion.

Conduct inspections at critical construction stages to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and company standards.

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.

Monitor field variances & process VPOs within allowable threshold; communicate scope & costs to Project Manager for VPOs that exceed threshold.

Enforce site safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process.
