We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Program Engagement & Portfolio Integration to be based in Jacksonville, FL.

Purpose : The Manager, Program Engagement & Portfolio Integration, leads the performance measurement, field engagement efforts, and offerings integration for the ACUVUE Preferred Program. They focus on optimizing program adoption, supporting sales teams with tools and materials, and analyzing data to enhance program effectiveness. Additionally, they will oversee the seamless integration of offerings within the program portfolio to ensure alignment and drive overall growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Practice Solutions within the U.S. Marketing department.

You will be responsible for :

• Serve as the product owner for our performance measurement platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and insights.
• Manage field engagement strategies by supporting regional and sales teams with program tools, materials, and deployment, enhancing program adoption and execution in the field.
• Oversee offerings integration within the program portfolio, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of products and services.
• Monitor program performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal partners to implement strategies that maximize impact.
• Create compelling reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting program performance and potential areas for development.
• Foster ongoing relationships with field teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and continuously improve engagement touchpoints.
