Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all customer interactions, including B2B orders and inquiries.
- Organize and track purchase orders from our valued stockists.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including pulling and organizing items.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and resolve any issues promptly.
- Support CEO, account managers, and inventory specialists in daily operations.
- Maintain meticulous records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Upsell & make commission on origination sales.
- Problem solving and creating strategies in real time for a variety of potential issues.
