Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re partnering with a growing construction firm seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with a background in procurement and vendor management. This position plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, supporting the purchasing cycle, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Ideal candidates will bring experience with 3-way matching, NetSuite, and familiarity with the construction industry’s fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are properly coded, approved, and paid on time

Perform 3-way match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy and compliance

Work closely with procurement and project teams to reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor issues

Maintain accurate records in NetSuite and assist with month-end close processes

Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational needs and project accounting efforts

What You Bring :

2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a construction or project-based environment

Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP system

Strong understanding of procurement workflows and vendor communications

Experience with 3-way matching and purchase order processes

Ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
