The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at Lincoln Ristorante, our flagship fine dining destination located in New York, New York at the heart of the city’s cultural epicenter. Known for its refined approach to authentic Italian cuisine, Lincoln Ristorante offers a dynamic, seasonally inspired menu that celebrates regional Italian traditions while allowing room for culinary creativity and innovation. As Executive Chef, you will be entrusted with shaping the restaurant’s culinary identity, crafting exceptional guest experiences, and leading a passionate team in a high-performance environment. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned chef from the high-end dining world to make a lasting impact at one of our most prestigious venues.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $127,000 - $159,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
