What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Advise the VP of Engineering on all aspects of the engineering mission and operations
  • Manage and evolve continuous onboarding systems for new engineers
  • Partner with engineering leaders to create measurable roadmap initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct surveys to monitor and enhance developer experience within the team
  • Organize department meetings, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing programs to drive continuous improvement

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Must be located in North / South American time zones
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Chief of Staff, or Senior Executive Assistant in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes to effectively engage with technical teams
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of operational improvement and executive support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels

  • Experience in a distributed organization across multiple time zones
  • Background working with senior engineering leaders to understand their unique challenges
