What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Advise the VP of Engineering on all aspects of the engineering mission and operationsManage and evolve continuous onboarding systems for new engineersPartner with engineering leaders to create measurable roadmap initiatives aligned with organizational goalsConduct surveys to monitor and enhance developer experience within the teamOrganize department meetings, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing programs to drive continuous improvementWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Must be located in North / South American time zonesMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Chief of Staff, or Senior Executive Assistant in a fast-paced SaaS environmentStrong understanding of engineering processes to effectively engage with technical teamsProven leadership skills with a track record of operational improvement and executive supportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at all levelsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
