A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Scan post closing documents and prepare policies after closing
Send out copies of closing documents and policies to clients, including cover letters
Open files in KV Connect and prepare invoices for closings
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
High level of accountability and professionalism in handling confidential information
Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
Customer service oriented with great time management skills
