Vice President, Skilled Trades Division - Remote
Our client is launching a new Skilled Trades division within their $140M staffing organization, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven Vice President to lead this high-growth initiative. This leader will have the unique opportunity to build, shape, and scale the division from the ground up, leveraging their established reputation, resources, and infrastructure.
What you'll do :
- Build and launch the Skilled Trades division, setting strategy, structure, and growth roadmap.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to capture market share in skilled trades staffing (construction, manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and recruiting team.
- Drive business development efforts, cultivating new client relationships and expanding existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align division strategy with overall company goals.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for the division.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and delivery of superior client and candidate experience.
- Establish scalable systems, processes, and KPIs to drive efficiency and growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the firm in the skilled trades marketplace.
What you need :
10+ years of experience in staffing, with deep expertise in skilled trades staffing.Proven track record of building and scaling staffing teams / divisions.Strong P&L and business development experience with measurable growth results.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up or high-growth environment.Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.What you get :
