CHIEF DEPUTY TREASURER

TOWN OF ORANGE, VIRGINIA  is currently accepting applications for Chief Deputy Treasurer for the Town’s Finance Office.  Must have the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement while balancing multiple tasks with deadlines in a busy office environment.   Must have considerable experience and knowledge in bookkeeping principles and practices and clerical accounting systems and procedures.  The position is responsible for taxes, payroll, and accounts payable.  Commitment to being part of a team dedicated to quality customer service is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
