Essential Functions :

• Retrieve products from designated storage locations within the warehouse.
• Accurately read pick tickets, receive documents, or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials.
• Accurately identifying items based on receiving specifications and ensuring the correct quantity is selected.
• Pick all materials into appropriate carts based on specific manufacturing location or receiving requirements.
• Ensure materials are packed effectively to avoid damage during the put-away or pick process.
• Coordinate the receiving process by preparing receiving labels, verifying addresses, product descriptions, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and entered systematically.
• Collaborate with vendor carriers to facilitate the timely arrival of materials.
• Conduct visual inspections of products during the picking and receiving stages to identify any defects or discrepancies.
• Utilize inventory management systems to update stock levels and communicate any shortages or overages, as needed.
• Work effectively as a team to achieve daily receiving / picking goals.

This job operates in a warehouse / manufacturing setting where various tools and equipment are used. This role must be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel and exhibit good visual acuity to perform daily tasks.

This position must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
