About the Role

Were hiring an enthusiastic HR Generalist to support our people operations globally. Youll be the engine behind employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, compliance through our PEO's, and building culture in a fully remote, international environment.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone excited to build systems, not just maintain themand to grow with the company as we scale.

What Youll Do

• Serve as an operational HR partner across the organization.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding / offboarding across multiple countries.
• Administer U.S. and international benefits.
• Collaborate with our globalPEO providersto manage payroll, compliance, and employment matters.
• Develop people policies, handbooks, and internal guidance to support rapid growth.
• Support performance management and provide coaching to leaders and team members.
• Drive initiatives around engagement, inclusion, and culture in a remote-first setting.
• Stay current with U.S. and international labor laws to ensure compliant operations.
• Support our team in a prompt, reliable, supportive, kind and transparent manner - always.
