Overview
We\'re hiring a Deskside Technician – End User Computing to join our team with experience, providing high-quality onsite support at our South San Francisco location. The emphasis will be on Mac laptop support and troubleshooting, along with general end-user computing (EUC) support.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support and meet specified SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops (especially Macs), and peripherals
- Support connectivity to LAN / WAN, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, upgrade, and repair end-user devices and applications
- Provide VIP support for various hardware and communication tools
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Ensure smooth imaging, backup, and data recovery using industry tools
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in EUC or Deskside Support rolesStrong hands-on experience with Mac laptops and devicesProficiency with imaging tools (e.g., Ghost, MDT) and backup tools (e.g., USMT)Experience with Windows 7 / 10 deployment, support, and troubleshootingSolid understanding of networking, printers, and mobile computing supportAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical usersMust be able to commute daily to South San Francisco, CA 94080Availability : Monday to Friday; 8-hour shifts; In-person onlyFor consideration, interested candidates may send their resumes to : vsingh@solyssey.com or contact at 647-921-9710
