job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination, using Paylocity. Support the offer and pre-employment process, offer letters, scheduling drug screens, onboarding documentation, communicate frequently with management and follow up with action items. Develop / prepare onboarding deck / handouts and assist with new hire orientation. Help ensure new employees are integrated into the company culture, safety programs, and manufacturing workflows. (Have proper computer, access, etc…) Develop Community Page that all employees refer to and use (forms, postings, etc…) Assist in maintaining open lines of communication between HR and employees on the production floor. Assist in putting itinerary and developing curriculum for Supervisor meetings Employee files Audit New-Hire paperwork, I-9’s, ensure complianc Ensure Tracker’s, track what we need them to Ensure proper documentation for worker’s compensation, leave requests, and policy acknowledgments. Support safety committee meetings by recording minutes and following up on action items. Has or are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Walking and standing for short periods of time. Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with frequent standing, walking. May be exposed to noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures.
