For over 60 years, CareLink Community Support Services has been dedicated to helping people with disabilities to live in the community with dignity and independence. Our rehabilitation services and professional staff provide the support that people with serious mental illness, physical disabilities and other developmental challenges need to be active, productive members of their communities.
About the Role :
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing a broad range of HR programs and services that support the employee lifecycle and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, employment processing, performance management, benefits administration, training and development, records management, workplace safety, AA / EEO and state licensing compliance, and policy implementation. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working collaboratively with CareLink employees, the HR Generalist plays a vital role in upholding agency standards and ensuring fair, consistent, and equitable HR practices across the organization.

Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Strong understanding of HR principles, compliance and employment law. Knowledge of benefits administration, performance management and employee relations. Proficient knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS administration systems. Superior Microsoft Office skills, Strong collaborating skills, and excellent written and communication skills required. Valid Driver's is license required.
