Field Supervisor - HVAC

Compensation : $60,000 to $70,000 annual base, depending on experience

Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM-4 : 30 PM, with occasional overtime

What You'll Do :

Supervise field technicians to ensure quality installations, service, and repairs

Provide hands-on support, training, and mentoring for less-experienced team members

Review work sites, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with codes

Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to resolve issues

Assist with job planning, inventory needs, and scheduling as needed

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of field HVAC experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and best practices

Ability to train and mentor technicians effectively

ServiceTitan and MS Office experience preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
