Assistant Studio Manager Job at NUBOXX Fitness in Washington

Overview

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly organized individual with a love for fitness and driving sales to join our team and help our DC-based studio thrive. This role is a part-time, commissioned position, with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in day-to-day operational responsibilities to run the studio efficiently
• Assist in overseeing the sales process and systems within the studio
• Responsible for driving and retaining daily membership sales and personally delivering performance metrics (KPIs)
• Actively pursue enrollment of new members by establishing and maintaining leads from outside sources, tabling events, and outreach to local businesses
• Generate prospects with area businesses for corporate accounts
• Tour potential new members through the studios and sell memberships
• Identifying cross-marketing sales opportunities
• Contact prospects / leads to follow up or invite them to class
• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
