- Post-ICU Transition Rounding : Round on all patients transferring out of the ICU for at least the first 24 hours to monitor stability and prevent complications.\n

- Emergency Response : Attend all code blues and rapid response activations, providing expert clinical assessment and lifesaving interventions.\n
- Vascular Access Resource : Serve as an on-site vascular access specialist, assisting with IV placement and troubleshooting access challenges hospital-wide.\n\nQualifications : \n
- Strong background in assessment and critical thinking skills\n
- Minimum of 2 years critical care experience\n
- Competencies and comfort level for working with patients on all units.\n
