ERP Systems Administrator (Finance)

Hybrid, reporting onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD at least 1-4 times per month. Need to live in Maryland.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or Accounting
• Previous experience with the technical functionality of ERP systems, and advanced information technology aptitude is required.
• Project Management experience or certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems - ex. Lawson, Infor, Oracle, Workday
• Experience with Cloudsuite
• Understanding of both Finance and IT terminology, able to work cross functional and communicate with both teams
• Experience planning and implementing brand new ERP systems
• Healthcare (preferred, not required)

Job Description : Under limited supervision of the Director, the ERP Systems Administrator will work closely with the Finance Department to ensure highly effective and consistent use of ERP applications, including the General Ledger and related / ancillary system modules. This individual maintains the integrity of data within ERP information systems, and works with the IT Department to ensure those systems are functioning correctly and efficiently. This employee will be responsible for the overall maintenance of IT functionality within the Finance Department. As a functional expert on the organization’s financial systems, he / she will be the liaison between the Finance Department and the IT Department.

Pay range : $102k -109k (Based on experience, education, certifications). Benefits offered by employer.
