As a n Assistant Installation Manager at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by consistently delivering five-star Shower and Bath installation experiences to our customers.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to :

• Effectively lead a team of installers to achieve revenue targets for the branch with quality and customer experience as a priority
• Support a team of lead installers and installers to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing sustainment training as needed.
• Train and develop new installers or lead installers as needed.
• Collaborate with other installers on the same job site, and to support them or provide guidance as needed.
