We're looking for an experienced Welding Lead to guide our team, maintain high standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. 5 years of welding and leadership experience required.

Position Summary :

The Welding Lead will oversee daily welding operations, provide hands-on technical support, and lead a team of welders to produce top-quality work. This role combines leadership, quality control, and technical expertise to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of welders in best practices, safety, and quality standards.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform welding as needed, setting the standard for precision and workmanship.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct quality checks on all welds before project delivery.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to resolve technical issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.
