Key Responsibilities :
- Leads and develops a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and senior individual contributors to ensure key deliverables and milestones are achieved on time.
- Approves initiatives and high-level strategies for Manufacturing Engineering, including recruiting and training highly skilled engineers to deliver against customer-specific supply chain objectives.
- Defines and executes a comprehensive strategy for delegating engineering projects, resource planning, and administrative work, ensuring balance across day-to-day operations and long-term transformation efforts.
- Partners cross-functionally to align manufacturing needs with broader business goals; communicates priorities to the enterprise and drives execution through strong collaboration with supply chain, R&D, quality, finance, and commercial functions.
- Leads manufacturing transformation projects, including operational excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, cost transformation, and scaling strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Implements structured tier meetings, daily standups, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to accelerate decision-making and drive rapid, robust change.
- Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, compliance) while building a pipeline of cost savings and value creation.
- Develops business cases for equipment transfers, redesign, and manufacturing investments that align with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Creates a purpose-driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives with team and enterprise strategies.
- Deliver a quality-focused culture ensuring compliance to cGMP's and Quality Systems as defined in the Quality Manual
- Champion Safety within the engineering team and site, ensure the implementation of safety / environmental requirements on all manufacturing equipment.
- Direct, guide and provide oversight for the capital long-term financial planning (LRFP), forecasting, budgeting, controlling, and reporting of the site capital plan communicating status and health to site and network partners.
- As a Credo leader, proactively challenge existing paradigms leading to breakthrough business improvement initiatives aligned to the strategic business plan

10 years of relevant experience is requiredStrong acumen in New Product Introduction (NPI) and scaling new processes into stable, cost-effective operations.A key thinker and visionary who balances tactical execution with long-term strategic foresight.Recognized thought leader in cost effectiveness and operational transformation.Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and compliance expectations.Subject matter expertise in process improvements, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies.Proven track record of transformation and scaling experience, with the ability to drive robust change rapidly.Lean Experience requiredManufacturing experience is requiredPreferred :
