Payments & Fintech Associate Attorney –| $295k–$370k| Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX(Hybrid)

A prestigious national law firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its industry-leading Payments and Fintech Group . The ideal candidate will bring experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts within the technology sector.

Key Qualifications :

4–6 years of transactional experience

Background in fintech or payment systems preferred, but not required

Candidates with experience in outsourcing, technology licensing, or other complex commercial agreements are strongly encouraged to apply

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
