Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of training programs for new hires and ongoing development
Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and develop aligned learning paths
Develop metrics to measure success of training programs and team performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of seven years of experience in training, quality assurance, or process excellence roles
Minimum of five years of management / leadership experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and TRICARE preferred
