What are we looking for?

Physical requirements

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, lift / carry up to 30 lbs, operate a computer, sit for extended periods, communicate in-person / virtually / at distances, and drive and have access to reliable transportation to offices.

Benefits and compensation

Starting wage $23-25 / hour (DOE), with generous medical, dental, 401k, PTO accrual, 10 paid holidays, and other benefits. Ideal covers 90% of employees and 25% of dependent medical insurance premiums.

Work location

Ideal Restoration headquarters : 1499 Evans Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94124 (with easy access to free parking). This role may be eligible for occasional remote work. This will be discussed during the interview process.
