Position : Project Administrator

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Contract : 1 month+

Pay : $25-27 / hr

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to provide short-term coverage. This role will support multiple active projects and ensure seamless document and data management throughout the Administration phase.

Responsibilities :

• Support 2–3 large construction projects by maintaining organized and accurate project documentation.
• Manage and process RFIs (Requests for Information) and Submittals during the Construction Administration phase.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.
• Utilize external data management systems such as Procore, Trimble, or e-Builder to track and upload project information.
• Ensure project files and records are properly maintained and accessible.
• Assist project managers and team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
