About the Role
As a (Contract) Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will be focused on supporting and elevating CRM / Lifecycle marketing campaigns that market all lines of business for us : Manga, Theatrical, and Games. This is a 3 month contract.
You will develop and collaborate on global lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve user engagement, upsells, retention, and re-engagement.
You will identify Lifecycle areas of opportunity and implement programs to increase conversions and retention optimization.
You will work directly with other departments and external agencies to deliver global Marketing campaigns
You will manage end-to-end processes for integrated campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and in-product - including identifying campaign opportunities, developing strategy and messaging, overseeing asset creation.
In the role of (Contract) Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
