A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Program Manager (Customer Success).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire customer onboarding process
Manage a team of onboarding specialists and support with migration and implementation projects
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer onboarding process and improve product adoption
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer service, or customer success
Experience managing an onboarding team or a team involved in early customer journey stages
Familiarity with technical SaaS concepts such as SDKs, APIs, and cloud computing
Organized and analytical with a focus on data-driven outcomes
Flexible with working across different time zones and open to occasional on-site work
