Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager - Commercial Builds Pipeline - Raleigh, NC :

• Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Oversee site safety and compliance with regulations
• Review and manage project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff
