Project Manager (St. Petersburg)

We are seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager to oversee the coordination and management of architectural, engineering, and interior design disciplines from project inception through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients on multiple projects, ensuring effective communication, adherence to schedules, and compliance with established standards, practices, and policies. The Project Manager will plan all aspects of project definition, scheduling, and budgeting while representing the firm with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain project schedules and budgets, taking proactive measures to resolve challenges.
• Prepare weekly project reports, updates, and schedules; attend all project meetings.
• Coordinate conceptual, design, and technical reviews across all disciplines.
• Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Manage large-scale projects including Senior Living, Multi-Family, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities (both new construction and renovation) nationwide.
