CURRENT OPPORTUNITY :   PROJECT COORDINATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage communications between teams
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate risks and delays by supporting issue resolution
• Collaborate across departments to keep projects aligned and moving forward
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day administration and decision-making
