Administrative Assistant
SCOPE OF ROLE : The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for program applicants. In addition to clerical duties they will be called upon to engage and assist with program participants / individuals we serve and to manage communication with applicants, program participants and stakeholders. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative setting.
Some knowledge / experience working in the social service or related field is preferred.
Computer literate in Microsoft suite, skill sets in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have an understanding, appreciation, and commitment to the philosophy and mission of Services for the UnderServed (S : US).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
College or continuing education preferred.
Bilingual English / Spanish speaking preferred.
