job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Own the complete customer experience from opening an account, providing a quote to handling a customer concern Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Manage large amounts of incoming calls Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM / ERP) tools Collaborate with the sales team and customers partners Performs additional tasks as required or assigned. Proven customer support experience Strong phone interaction skills and active listening Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and analytical skills Familiar with CRM systems and practices Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Have a growth mindset and be willing to wear multiple hats – we will train you Cutting-Edge Technology – Opportunities to work on the forefront of fiber optic technology.
