Senior Appellate Paralegal

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM 100 Law Firm seeking a Senior Specialist Paralegal to join their team.

Candidate must have strong appellate experience, as well as 9+ years' litigation experience and at least 6+ years' appellate experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the drafting, editing, and formatting of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients, opposing parties, and the court.
• Summarize and organize findings for use by attorneys.
• Assist with the preparation of legal arguments and case strategies.
