A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction for all operational functions across 85 practices
Directly manage, mentor, and develop the Regional Operations Directors, ensuring accountability for practice-level results
Own responsibility for practice-level P&L performance, ensuring delivery of revenue growth and operational efficiency
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 7 years in multi-site management
Strong financial acumen, including proven P&L management and EBITDA growth
Proven success leading and developing multi-layered field leadership teams across large organizations
Demonstrated ability to execute strategy and drive operational performance
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
