The pay range is $128,000.00 - $231,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior Engineering Manager of our Guest Facing Device Engineering team you will :

Lead a talented team of engineers responsible for Target's in-store Point of Sale infrastructure. As a Senior Engineering Manager you'll partner with Application, Infrastructure, Business, and external supplier teams to deliver Target's Point of Sale experience. You will own, support, and help set the direction for hundreds of thousands of devices that directly impact our guests and team members. You will help our engineers grow and develop in their roles and in their career.

This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
