Summary of the Position
The Land Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive management of land-related agreements and documentation across development and operational phases. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of lease records, title documentation, and contractual obligations, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lease Administration
- Maintain and update lease records, ensuring all terms, renewals, and obligations are accurately tracked.
- Review lease agreements for compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with legal and real estate teams to resolve discrepancies or ambiguities in lease terms.
Development and Operations Support
Oversee obligations outlined in development and operational agreements, ensuring timely execution of responsibilities.Collaborate with project managers, landowners, and legal representatives to facilitate land acquisition and project transitions.Track and report on agreement milestones and compliance status.Documentation and Systems
Maintain accurate records in land management systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.Support due diligence efforts by preparing and organizing relevant documentation.Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for internal review and external audits.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or land administrationExperience with financial reconciliation and record auditingStrong understanding of real estate contracts and lease structures.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in land management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Pay Range for the posted level : Minimum of $75,000 – 100,000.00
