Key Responsibilities
Lead change management activities and document methodologies to support stakeholder adoption
Craft and deliver communications for diverse stakeholders and facilitate a Stakeholder Advisory Forum
Conduct impact analyses, support training efforts, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
10 years of experience in communication within OCM
5 years of project management experience
10 years of experience in training program design and end-user readiness assessment
Experience managing resistance and driving adoption in complex environments
